No shoes...check, no shirt...check....no pants...check....NO PROBLEM.....

Yes, my bandiversary continues here at the beach...........

Blues what blues...hey I forgot 'em
The sun and the sand and a drink in my hand
with no bottom...and no shoes, no shirt, no pants and no problems!
No problems!

Want to soak up life for a while
In laid back mode
No boss, no clock, no stress, no dress code

The sun and the sand and a drink in my hand....

Wish you were here!

Hey...anybody want an extra few points? If so, I'm looking for a Happy Hour drink to go along with the appetizers for my cooking night....
Here's my Happy Hour menu:
-Crab Nachos
-Salmon Balls & Crabs Balls with Dipping sauces: Basil Pesto Aoili, Lime & Chile Salsa and Apricot Garlic Dip
-Tequila Shrimp
-Cruidites with Roasted Red Pepper Spread
-Coconut Chicken Strips with Peach Teryaki Sauce

Any ideas? I'm coming up empty. Probably because we've had every drink imaginable. So....I'm giving 5 points for every drink recipe you share. Please keep my Happy Hour menu in mind. I'll need all recipes by 8 am on Thursday July 31 so I can go out to shop for whatever I need!

By the way.....we're doing the drawing for the shoes on Thursday!!!! Everyone here is sooo excited about it (yeah, they're all drunk....).

Williams and Sonoma has the best sangria mix.
If it were up to me.
Just champagne.
Veuve Clicquot is my favorite.
Expensive, but a great buzz.

Betcha haven't had Dr. Pepper! ; )

Sorry I'm not too helpful with anything stronger than that. : )

Have fun!

OK...tropical sangria. We made it at the beach this year. I'm going from memory (which is scary sometimes), but I think this is it:

1 bottle pinot grigio
1 bottle rum
1 bottle seven-up
2 mangos
2 papayas
2 passion fruit

peel fruit and puree in blender
Add liquor
Serve with Sierra Mist/Seven-Up

OR

Freeze, Scoop out, and serve with Sierra Mist.

It's a bit strong, but tasty. Important to puree the fruit very well.
