Hear-ye, hear-ye, hear-ye.......it's time to go back to college!
Your tired mother has cooked every one of your favorite meals.
She's entertained you and coddled you and spoiled you like the princess you are.
She's waited up for you, fell asleep waiting for you and even got up after falling asleep waiting for you....to come and get you.
She's shopped till she dropped, laughed till she cried and cried till she laughed.
Yes, the time has come, my sweet Toni,......to go back to college.
To be with your friends.
To make new friends and find new dreams.
To have fun and to learn and to grow.
To get to know yourself and the world around you.
And....to continue to follow your destiny!
From the looks of things....it's a pink destiny. Oh well.....
It's been a joyous summer sweetie....
BUT....
the dining room is overflowing with pink, pink and more pink....on top of the table, under the table, on every chair, crammed in every nook and cranny.....pink, pink, pink......and there's piles and piles of.....um.....ah....pink stuff.....littering every corner....and boxes and bins of pink who knows what blocking the back door.....there's big pink bags (undoubtably filled with pink stuff) sitting by the front door and pink cartons overflowing with more pink stacked near the stairway......
Everywhere I turn.....pink reminders......threatening me that the time has come.
College:Year 2 (as we are referring to it as) is looming.

Oooh the College Apartment! So exciting!!! Does she go to school far away from home, or close enough to visit often?
