Judi, I'm here in Ohio at the Country Living Fair too. We drove down from Michigan this AM and had a wonderful day, inspite of the rain. We had umbrellas and a desire to shop. . . so it's all good. We're in our hotel now and I'm catching up with my blogging buddies.
Have a great time at the fair. You must try the Sweet Corn Blackberry ice-cream. Yummy!!
We'll be back tomorrow morning to finish us and taking more classes.
Have fun. . . and maybe I'll. . . see you at the Fair!!
Judi, WOW! My fav blogger is here in the same rain sooked mud fest that I am. I am "here" too. I would love to meet you in person. If you are reading your blog, please check your email for my cell phone #. We were not at lucky as Sher in having fun. My BFF and I have ticks for yesterday and today. Both of us are deciding what to do about today. Maybe you could meet us for a drink at our hotel or somewhere. I never had so much mud caked on my shoes and legs (I wore capri pants)! EVER! I do not have clean shoes to wear today (maybe I have to shoe shop) I hope you bring shoes YOU do not care about. It was hard to get through the areas with our umbrellas at some points. 2 of the vendors I wanted are canceled. I hope you are reading this. It would be good to salvage this trip and the $$$ we spent on it by doing something neat like meeting you.
Judi~ DD and I just got back to Pgh from CL Fair. A day early since we were going to be there tomorrow. TOO MUCH MUD & CROWDS! We went today for a few hours today but opted to skip the Apple Pie contest because we had it with the mud and weather and crowds. I had been wishing we could meet you but I am happy we did not make plans since it was sooooooooooooooooo hard to move about with the mess at hand. You probably had a much better sense of humor with things but we could not handle one more second of it. Michelle
