So far so good Judi!! I had a Dr appt this morning and I didn't gain a pound! what a shocker.
I feel bloated so I am opting out of weighing until next week. Is that cheating?
well i think i did pretty good this years with eating and drinking. i haven't exercised at all this week because of holiday business. so i'll start again tomorrow and bring in the new year.
